Modern and very bright villa with wonderfull views of the sea and the island of Portixol. The house has direct access to the beach "Cala La Barraca" located 300m (5 min walk) and its fantastic restaurant "Cala Clémence", an idyllic place with extraordinary decoration, where you will enjoy excellent dishes ;-). The bay of Portixol, a diver's paradise, is famous for its impressive array of fish. You'll have the chance to join the diving groups and courses that go there every day to admire the wonder of its seabed.
The house is located in La Barraca (Mar Azul), one of Javea's most prominent neighbourhoods situated on the beautiful bay of Portixol just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Javea, its restaurants, bars, sandy beach and numerous shops.
The villa has a living room with an open fire, TV (Fr, Uk, Ger) and sliding doors leading to the terrace and pool, which is heated during certain months of the year. The large windows ensure that you never miss out on the fantastic sea views and provide a very pleasant flow through the house. On the same level there are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms. Next to the pool is the barbecue terrace and outdoor shower. On the upper level is the Master bedroom with large terrace with sea and beach views.
The 3 terraces, kitchen, one bathroom, living room, dining room and Master bedroom have sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge and separate freezer. There is a dishwasher, Micro Wave, ceramic hob and plenty of storage space. There is also central heating throughout the house.
In the second bathroom is the washing machine and dryer. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning/heating and wardrobes.
The Master bedroom has 2 separate beds and magnificent sea views. The other 2 bedrooms have 1 double bed each with two separate mattresses and garden or pool views.
The Master bedroom allows you to wake up admiring the sea and hearing the sound of the waves....
Outside equipment: 8x4m swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with always a shady spot if needed, parasol and 6 sun loungers, table and 6 chairs, gas barbecue.

The rental price includes a maximum electricity consumption of 200kwh per week (7 nights). Any excess consumption will be deducted from the deposit.

Security and control of access to the swimming pool and terraces is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period.
