Lovely little house (80m²) completely renovated in 2023 for 6 people in a private and secure area with concierge and access code.
Private pool 3x6m (depth 1.40m). Located 500m from the large sandy beach with its restaurants, bars and shops (Playa de Arenal) and 200m from two supermarkets accessible on foot and for the most part via the neighbourhood's private driveway. A car is not necessary as everything can be done on foot or by bike.
Three bedrooms with air conditioning/heating. One shower room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Dining room and lounge with satellite TV (UK,GER,FR), WIFI and wood-burning stove. Large terrace with gas barbecue and pergolas for table for 6. Private swimming pool. South facing. The rental price includes a maximum electricity consumption of 200kwh per week (7 nights). Any excess consumption will be deducted from the deposit.
Outside cushions stored inside in case of rain/wind. Barbecue must be cleaned before departure.
It is forbidden to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle using electricity from the house. The electrical installation and price are not adapted
Security and control of access to the swimming pool is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period.
